Moore has only exceeded this number twice all season and has been one of the worst pitchers in baseball. The total has climbed all the way to 10.5 and Moore is actually favored because of the game being in Philly against a weak pitcher. I normally shy away from laying -140 in baseball, but Moore has been so bad this year.

The Rangers are 0-12 last 12 and 4-16 in their last 20. They have averaged 1.7 runs in that stretch and only gone over 3 runs twice.
While the Diamondbacks are not much better, they have been playing better lately. I am not about to predict which one of these teams will win, but I will lean on the Rangers continuing their offensive woes.

San Francisco Giants

Oddmakers are still not showing the Giants complete respect as they opened them as slight home dogs against the Dodgers tonight. Logan Webb has really come on and I like him in this spot. I was on the over with Webb last time out and he cashed. I like him even more at home tonight against a Dodgers lineup that is without Mookie Betts. The Giants are rarely in this spot and only 4-5 as home dogs, but they are 31-15 overall at home.
