Fernandez scored one goal to go with three shots (two on goal) in Wednesday's 1-1 draw versus Tigres. In addition, he was given a yellow card in the 77th minute.

Fernandez leveled the scoring from the penalty spot during the 76th minute of Wednesday's duel. He made the score sheet for the second straight game after regaining a starting role over Angel Sepulveda. Additionally, Fernandez's nine goals are now the highest total on the squad and his best tally in a single Liga MX campaign since his arrival in 2021. He's expected to lead the Cementeros' front line for the remainder of the year.
