This sort of felt like a must-win for Borshchev as a -135 favorite, and it didn't go his way. He displayed excellent athleticism and balance in stuffing 7-of-8 Nolan takedown attempts, but the harder blows on the feet most definitely came from the other side, which is a major concern considering Borshchev is a pure stand-up specialist and the lead striking coach for Team Alpha Male.
