Falls against debuting opponent
FeatherweightUFC
November 23, 2025
Grad lost to Luke Riley via KO (punches) at 0:30 of Round 2 at UFC Qatar on Saturday.
ANALYSIS
Grad was in complete control in Round 1 despite entering as a (+200) betting underdog, as he was credited with four takedowns and racked up 3:55 worth of control time. The good times ended there, however, as he was blasted with a big left hand early in Round 2 and put out cold with ground-and-pound from there. Grad has now dropped back-to-back fights and likely needs a win his next time out to extend his time with the company.

FeatherweightUFC
October 2, 2025
Grad will face Luke Riley at UFC Qatar on November 22, per Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl.
ANALYSIS
Grad will head into the fight looking ot bounce back from his recent defeat at the hands of Muhammad Naimov in June. The 30-year-old Romanian will have to overcome a slight height disadvantage in this one compared to the younger Englishman. With a combined 17-1 professional record in KO/TKO finishes, both these fighters will likely be looking ot put their opponents away early with their stopping power.
Suffers first UFC defeat
FeatherweightUFC
June 21, 2025
Grad lost to Muhammadjon Naimov via unanimous decision (28-29, 28-29, 28-29) at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Baku, Azerbaijan.
ANALYSIS
It was a close, grinding fight in which neither man accomplished a ton offensively. According to the numbers, Grad was the more effective man. He finished with a 31-18 edge in significant strikes landed. He also picked up three takedowns compared to just one of Naimov. Yet, with the fight tied at a round a piece and the result on the line, Grad found himself pinned to the mat much of Round 3. Bogdan's upside is quite limited, but he's a solid fighter and represents nice roster depth for a company that holds an event nearly every weekend.

The 5-foot-8 Romanian will look to overcome a slight height disadvantage against the older Naimov. Grad defeated Lucas Alexander via TKO (punches) at 4:22 of Round 2 at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
ANALYSIS
Grad earned a contract on Dana White's Contender Series this past August despite picking up a decision victory. He made his official company debut here and will walk away with what is by far the biggest payday of his career. Not only will Grad take home his show and win bonuses, but he will also take home a portion of Alexander's purse after the latter missed weight by 2.5 pounds Friday morning. He'll also take home a $50,000 Performance of the Night bonus. Grad started slowly before turning the tables in Round 2, ending up in mount, and earning the bonus-winning stoppage.
