Kinsey plans to enter the NCAA's transfer portal, Keegan Nickoson of 247Sports reports.

Kinsey is a 6-foot-3, 222-pound quarterback. He redshirted the NCAA's 2025 season, maintaining his freshman season of collegiate eligibility. Kinsey has four years remaining.
