Brock Rechsteiner Injury: Expected to play in title game
Jacksonville State's head coach Charles Kelly said Tuesday that he expects Rechsteiner (foot) to play in Friday's game against Kennesaw State, Thomas Ashworth of AL.com reports.
Jacksonville State hosted Western Kentucky in Week 14, and Rechsteiner was seen wearing a protective boot, which confirms why he did not play then. Fortunately for the wide receiver, also Jax State's top wideout this season, it looks like he will not sit out the CUSA Championship Game that the team qualified for this season. Rechsteiner has 356 receiving yards and five total touchdowns.
